3's Classes with Pumpkin Patch Preschool

18/2 (child/teacher ratio)

We realize that for most children, this class will be their first experience in a group setting with children their own age. Our main goals in this class are to help our preschoolers have a healthy, positive start towards many successful school years ahead.

We do not use any form of discipline with our preschoolers. Instead, we keep them safe and redirect them into a positive place by helping them self-regulate their emotions and understand what their friends are feeling and experiencing too. We teach our preschoolers to be compassionate and courteous to their friends and to themselves. 

Your child will get to enjoy carpet time, where they will sing lots of songs with much movement and play. They will be introduced to the calendar and letters and numbers through music and motion.

Your child will get to play with paint, markers, glue, and, yes, even scissors! Creating beautiful art to share at home. 

We will be playing group games, reading stories, practicing yoga moves, and writing our letters and numbers.

Mostly we have lots and lots of fun and create positive, happy memories to last a lifetime.
